What is required:
Utilize your skills to build customer relations through in depth product knowledge, digital marketing, content and sales. You will be focused on generating leads and traffic to websites while supporting creative thinking on the development of new products and offerings to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Qualification in Sales and Marketing not essential but preferred
5 plus years working experience in marketing industry specifically focused on tourism
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs
3+ years' MICE Sales experience
3+ years' B2C sales experience
Opera Cloud knowledge (or similar PMS) will be an advantage but not required
Microsoft Suite
Google apps (advantageous)
Meta apps (advantageous)
