The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SMS and Email campaigns tailored to both active and dormant users, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
The Marketing Retention Specialist must be able to craft compelling email campaigns designed to engage with different segments of the audience.
The role will entail creating and sending out push notifications to users, tailored to deliver targeted messages.
The ideal candidate will be updating content on client-facing websites using back-office tools, reporting and analysis of campaign performance, and developing retention strategies for customer engagement.
