MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER/EAST LONDON - This role will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels and markets, and ensure seamless collaboration between different marketing functions as well as drive efficient execution of marketing plans. Office based in East London, with regular travel to various markets ( Passport essential ) MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Marketing, Business or related field 5 years of experience in marketing project management Valid Code 08 Drivers license Strong understanding of various marketing functions and channels Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel marketing projects Experience in coordinating projects across different markets or regions Familiarity with agile project management methodologies KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels Develop and maintain project timelines, resources, and budgets Facilitate communication and alignment between all marketing teams and stakeholders Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure marketing projects align with overall marketing strategy and business goals Develop and maintain project management processes and best practices Constant coordination with all marketing functions (Brand, Channel, Digital, Creative) Regular reporting to Marketing Executive on project status and results Engagement with external agencies and vendors as needed Analyse project workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements Develop solutions to resolve conflicts and bottlenecks in project execution Evaluate resource allocation and optimize for efficiency Prioritize marketing projects based on strategic importance and resource availability Make decisions on project timelines and resource allocation Prioritize marketing projects based on strategic importance and resource availability Make decisions on project timelines and resource allocation Recommend process improvements to enhance marketing project efficiency Identify and implement new project management tools and methodologies Develop innovative approaches to improve cross-functional collaboration Propose new ways to measure and report on marketing project success Salary: - R30 -R35K (based on previous work experience) Application Process: E-mail CV , qualifications and recent head & shoulder photo
