This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, a meticulous approach to quality control, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This includes not only coordinating efforts but also diving into the details where necessary to ensure that tasks are completed effectively and on time. Your reports should not only reflect the progress but also offer insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and future strategies.Requirements:Marketing Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing project management, client services, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industry. You should have a proven track record of not just managing but also actively contributing to the success of marketing campaigns.Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi. You should be comfortable navigating the nuances of these technologies and leveraging them in strategic marketing initiatives.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. You'll need to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, foster trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You should be adept at keeping projects on track and ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly.Problem Solving: Critical thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex client challenges. You should be comfortable taking initiative and making decisions that drive project success.Initiative: Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
