This role will be the 2IC to Key Account Exec and is ideal for someone looking to sink their teeth into a company for the next 5 years. Due to the niche nature of the company, (potential) sales staff begin all Account Executive careers in a project management or creative space, spending a lot of time in the factory and behind the processes to ensure they have a holistic understanding of the offering to clients and grow staff into a client-facing role.
Job Purpose:
To support the Account Management team in coordinating marketing and point-of-sale projects, facilitating communication and efficient workflow between clients and internal teams, and contributing to the success of client campaigns.
This PM / Junior AE will assist in project coordination from client requests through production, including organizing timelines, maintaining documentation, conducting market research, and collaborating with creative design teams. This role serves as a bridge between clients and the internal production team, ensuring that project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Required
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and CRM systems
Basic knowledge of design principles or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field qualification
1-3 years in account support, project management, marketing, or a related area (internships or relevant coursework are a plus).
