Marketing Portfolio ManagerFNB Retail Marketing (Private) is looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Portfolio Marketing Manager to join their team. The incumbent will be required to provide strategic partnership to relevant Business Unit EXCOs by assessing business needs, offering marketing solutions, advising and directing the input into the development of relevant marketing programmes in line with the business strategic direction through the marketing value chain.
Responsibilities:Operate as subject matter expert on customer across segmentation and areas of value chain.Support and manage customer research, testing, & understanding for customer insights.Input and develop frameworks to deploy customer understanding into relevant segmentation.Support the defining of sales & advice continuum marketing strategies: assisted and unassisted touchpoints.Source or commission existing data points, and interpret data enabling customer understanding.Input into integrated approach to customer marketing calendar and sales supporting campaigns.Input into aligning stakeholders to common vision, jobs to be done, budget application, and effectiveness measures.Play a key role in defining customer playbooks, and overseeing adherence across multiple message types.Develop frameworks to drive adherence to tone, imagery, wording and overall CI across key segmentation areas within customer target market.Responsible for supporting the integration of hero and flow thinking at relevant customer level.Support the delivery of go-to-market calendar with subject matter expertise, approvals, and partnering with capabilities for delivery.Support development of integrated financial strategies to maximize growth across business areas.Enable frontline and teams supporting frontline with digestible and effective customer insights that drive business and customer outcomes.Drive alignment, collaboration and synergy between the various specialist areas to provide a comprehensive business solution to customers.Reshape relevant customer experience journeys to increase self-service and assisted service and employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.Establish best practices in respect of optimizing client service through the full operations value chain, within the appropriate risk appetite and automation vision of the organization.Drive an integrated service excellence culture, which enables rewarding relationships and customer feedback in promotion of exceptional service.Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
