Marketing Portfolio ManagerHello Future Marketing Portfolio ManagerFNB Retail Marketing is looking for a dynamic and highly driven Marketing Portfolio Manager to join their team. The successful applicant will be required to provide strategic partnership to multiple marketing leads by assessing business needs, offering marketing solutions, advising and directing the input into the development of relevant marketing programmes or strategic initiatives in line with the business strategic direction through the marketing value chain (consulting, programme leadership, strategic solutioning, development, execution and reporting and measurement).Are you someone who can:Develop integrated frameworks, guidelines and optimization plans to drive profitability and economic value add.Balance immediate value against long term sustainability and local and global considerations.Influence and align strategic intent and delivery to add value for customers and shareholders.Apply a customer-centric approach that focuses on creating a positive experience for the customer by maximizing service and/or product offerings and building relationships.Ensure that the customer is at the center of the business philosophy, operations and ideas.Engage with relevant leaders to collaterally and proactively manage the requirements of relevant function or business.Drive strategic relationships to collaterally make sense of the ambiguity and uncertainty inherent to the organization.Create alignment, collaboration and synergy between the various specialist areas to provide a comprehensive business solution to customers.Drive an integrated service excellence culture, which enables rewarding relationships and customer feedback in promotion of exceptional service.Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and FirstRand internal compliance procedures and requirements.Ensure compliance is adopted in terms of systems and procedures as laid out by Group.Align, integrate and innovate area of accountability to enable the creation of integrated and specialized solutions and create a sustainable competitive advantage for Business.Execute relevant business initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide advice to relevant stakeholders.Maintain up to date knowledge of local and global trends.Provide thought leadership and expertise.Design and buildInterpret segment and marketing strategy into an actionable go-to-market plan.Align stakeholders to common vision, jobs to be done, budget application, and effectiveness measures.Drive impact and consistency through input into playbook development, and managing adherence across multiple message types.Build an integrated approach across marketing jobs such as Hero and Flow (upweighted focuses vs always on), CVM, brand etc.Design a go-to-market calendar system integrating marketing streams for clear view.Manage executionDevelop and ensure execution of integrated financial strategies to maximize growth across business areas.Provide strategic execution guidance on end-to-end customer touchpoints, to all value chain partners and capabilities delivering marketing outputs.Assist in partner and agency onboarding for quality and speed to delivery.Set up deployment and approval structures for speed to execution.Support approvals processes across the value chain, and help clear blockages.Review and sign off on key collateral elements.Manage allocation of budgets and iterative prioritization.Measurement and reportingFormulate overall GTM measurement and reporting frameworks.Work with stakeholders and capabilities to build relevant measurement and reporting feeds per area.Manage overall GTM performance insights from and to business excos, pillar leads and other stakeholders where relevant.You will be an ideal candidate if you have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising and Media (incl. digital).You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are:Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough to.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Adaptable, curious and willing to learn.Passionate in providing insights.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Are you interested to take the step?
