Are you someone who can: Develop and ensure execution of integrated financial strategies to maximise growth across business areas. Manage execution of eBucks marketing strategy through activities that align to the achievement of business KPIs and priorities. Develop integrated frameworks, guidelines and optimisation plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, profitability and economic value add. Ensure financial strategies and processes are consistent with the objectives of the Group. Balance immediate value against long-term sustainability and local and global considerations. Influence and align strategic intent and delivery to add value for customers and shareholders. Engage with relevant leaders to collaterally and proactively manage the requirements of relevant functions or business. Collaborate and contribute to value-adding activities through eBucks business. Actively seek and contribute to diverse opinions across the business and function. Drive strategic relationships to make sense of the ambiguity and uncertainty inherent to the organisation. Create alignment, collaboration, and synergy between various specialist areas to provide a comprehensive marketing lead solution to customers. Contribute towards business partnerships with external parties in terms of planning, managing and execution of marketing activities. Influence customer experience journeys to improve usability, increase customer self-service and employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction. Balance interests of a variety of clients, readily readjusting priorities to respond to pressing and changing client demands. Establish best practices in respect of optimising client service through the full operations value chain. Drive an integrated service excellence culture, enabling rewarding relationships and customer feedback in promotion of exceptional service. Ensure compliance is adopted in terms of systems and procedures as laid out by Group. Design and implement a control framework to ensure the integrity of operations and practices across marketing execution. Anticipate and apply policies/procedures to manage and control both financial and non-financial risks. Ensure compliance with audit requirements. Investigate and implement measures to correct audit findings. Align, integrate and innovate area of accountability to create integrated and specialised solutions. Execute relevant business initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress. Participate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to organisational knowledge improvement. Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging conditions affecting industry and/or business through forecasting and analysis. Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments and industry best practices. Provide thought leadership and expertise to the business and to Marketing. Ensure that sales strategies are aligned across customer value proposition. Actively pursue opportunities that may increase acquisition and improve customer retention. Ensure regular audits and surveys are done to measure and track business performance against financial goals. Manage performance of teams in areas of responsibility against expected delivery targets. Ensure alignment of team and individual performance objectives to relevant business area objectives. Partner with Marketing Lead to drive and monitor corrective actions to ensure maximisation of team performance. Drive performance management processes within agreed timelines. Drive Talent Management practices in area of accountability. Provide direction, regular feedback and coaching to direct reports to improve performance. Identify current and future human capital needs and skills requirements. Influence the alignment and adoption of different priorities in people management strategies. Build a culture of recognition and fairness across business aligned to HR policies. Establish an enabling climate and culture to energise employees and maximise productivity. Influence the development and enablement of a culture where organisational values are demonstrated. Create a development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends, and ideas are actively shared. Collaborate with various stakeholders to co-create solutions and share information within and across teams. You will be an ideal candidate if you: Marketing Management/ Marketing Communication qualification or equivalent. Honours / Postgrad preferred (in business / commercial studies). 8+ years of experience (predominantly in marketing). Experience in Rewards / Loyalty Industry an added advantage.
