The main purpose of the role is to provide strategic partnership to multiple stakeholder needs, advising and directing the input into the development of relevant marketing programmes and strategic initiatives in line with the business strategic direction.
Are you someone who can: Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parameters Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives Develop marketing plans from the multiple-franchise or segment business and marketing strategies Plan, design and manage assigned marketing programmes or initiatives and monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action Consult with multiple business stakeholders to identify, assess marketing needs and offer innovative solutions Development of pillar or customer marketing strategies and plans in line with the business strategic direction and the marketing value chain for the respective pillar or sub-segments Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group Identify and participate in activities that are appropriate for own development as a life-long learner Deploy integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have: Relevant Bachelor's Degree 5 to 8 years experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at management level in a managerial marketing position Marketing background and knowledge of relevant marketing standards Proficient in relevant software packages and applications Leadership of marketing programmes in support of the business and marketing plans Leveraging capabilities of direct marketing, digital performance marketing, social media marketing, above-the-line, digital and traditional media, and content marketing Bias for action Data and Insights Project or programme management Marketing Mojo Market and customer insights Market Research B2B Experience would be advantageous You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate A challenging working environment Opportunities to innovate We can be a match if you: Are adaptable and curious Can thrive in a collaborative environment Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
