As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will be the engine of the marketing team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that each team member has what they need to succeed.

Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Traffic Control within a marketing or creative environment.
A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience with Monday.com or similar work management tools Experience with marketing automation tools and integration a bonus (like Make.com, RPA, MailChimp, et cetera) Proven track record in resource allocation, ensuring team members have everything they need to deliver quality work on time.
Strong data management and reporting skills with the ability to track key performance metrics and drive improvements based on insights.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues quickly and maintain smooth operations within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Ability to understand the needs of creative professionals and provide the support and resources necessary for their success, without getting involved directly in the creative process.

Duties and Responsibilities Task Management & Scheduling: You'll receive, review, schedule, and manage expectations on all incoming tasks using Monday.com and other integrated tools.
Ensure all tasks are prioritised, briefs are clear, deadlines are clearly defined, and each team member is aligned with expectations.
Track the progress of tasks and proactively address any delays to ensure the team stays on target and meets deadlines without compromising quality.
Team Support & Resource Allocation: Act as the point of contact for communications, asset management, and design bookings.
You'll support the creative team by ensuring they have the resources, information, and support needed to succeed (without directly engaging in design or copywriting work yourself).
Focus on ensuring everyone is equipped to achieve their best work, removing roadblocks and optimising workflows to meet deadlines efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication & Problem Solving: Lead daily and weekly huddles to ensure alignment and keep all team members informed on project progress and blockers.
Serve as the liaison between different departments, addressing any communication gaps and escalating issues proactively.
Problem-solve quickly and efficiently, addressing challenges as they arise and ensuring the team remains productive and aligned.
Process Optimisation & Quality Control: Collaborate with senior team members to continuously optimise team processes for maximum efficiency, consistency, and quality.
Ensure we are leveraging integration and automation opportunities (like Make.com or on-site RPA) to streamline our operations, eliminate manual tasks, and improve overall workflow.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including task completion rates, deadlines met, revisions, and overall team performance.
Ensure that performance data is regularly communicated to the Marketing Manager, with proactive insights into how processes can be improved or optimised based on these metrics.
Honesty, Transparency, and Innovation: Foster a culture of support and transparency.
Encourage open discussions around challenges, mistakes, and opportunities for improvement.
