As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will be the engine of the marketing team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that each team member has what they need to succeed.
You will manage workflows, optimise processes, and eliminate manual touchpoints.
With a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and transparency, you will help us drive high-quality output and ensure that our team operates at 100%.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, capable of leading and supporting the team through daily and weekly tasks, and someone who thrives in a data-driven environment.
You will be central to ensuring that projects are completed on time, on brief, and without the bottlenecks that can hinder creative output.
The Marketing Operations Lead should be a proactive, solutions-driven individual who understands the importance of innovation and can help us continually evolve.
As the Marketing Operations Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and innovative technologies like Monday.com, Make.com, and our on-site RPA, while optimising processes and workflows for maximum efficiency.
