Marketing Operations - Data, Systems & Analytics SpecialistPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Plan and execute all Marketing Operations related systems and data tasks.
Support Go-to-Market (GTM) tasks to secure an effective and efficient GTM process and milestone execution; with special focus on data readiness for sell-in, order capturing & e-comm.
Horizontal range analysis for improved range efficiencies and forecast accuracies.
Key Responsibilities Go-to-market Align & plan GTM timelines for all related system and data task(incl. Product systems, Sell-in tools, CS milestones, PUR milestones).
Co-ordinate delivery against milestones to ensure timely & quality executionMaintain & Record "product data season checklists"Prepare Product system (RMA/SAP) & support sell-in systems (DST/Click) as requiredManage Post seasonal data review & improvement planProduct data Cluster RMA (or Similar) administrator & system expertSAP product master data administrator & maintenance of specified fields (e.g., Segmentation)Support Sell-in tool (DST/Click) set-up (incl. boards/image build & ensure visibility)Ensure product data flow & troubleshootPrepare & maintain data related templates (incl. Matrix and Pricelists templates)Execute regular reports to ensure data accuracy (matrix vs RMA vs SAP) & guide correctionOrder capturing support– develop/maintain grid log templateMarketing system expertSupport master data related projects (incl. Click & digital showroom tool)Sample system administrator & system expertSPOC for all marketing systems & internal platforms (e.g., teams/SharePoint)SPOC in marketing for IT & IT equipment (incl. Consumer Hub HW)Drive system & tools improvement projects for marketingAnalytics Range and Category analytics to improve efficiencies, accuracies and support the management of key product priorities in clusterKey Relationships EM Marketing OperationsSystem and Tools ManagerCluster Category ManagementteamCluster Channels, Customer Service, Purchasing teamsCluster and Global IT Support TeamsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Understanding of Marketing & Sales environmentStructured and organized way of workingAnalytical skills and high-level attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsIndependent, logic & proactive thinkerBI visualization tools (e.g., Microstrategy, Tableau, PowerBI) experience is a plusRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications Qualification in related field+2 years of cross functional experience in operational driven environment requiredAdvance ExcelERP – Range Management Tool (M3/similar)Coding Knowledge & experienceSAP product master data knowledgeStrong systems skillsFluent in English
