Stay current with emerging social media trends and technologies to continuously enhance our social media offerings and identify new opportunities.
Drive growth in followers across all Pick n Pay Clothing social media platforms by setting clear targets and KPIs (e.g., followers, reach, engagement).
Ensure all content across Pick n Pay Clothing social channels is accurate, relevant, and aligns with brand guidelines, including paid media and video content.
Develop and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule, ensuring a consistent flow of relevant content and planning tactical campaigns.
Coordinate social media strategies for major brand campaigns across all channels.
Supervise the social media assistant and manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
Educate internal stakeholders about social media strategies to ensure alignment with brand objectives and corporate identity.
Handle customer service issues, turning challenges into positive PR opportunities to enhance brand sentiment.
Oversee coverage of Pick n Pay Clothing events on social channels and actively engage with users.
Manage and optimize the paid advertising budget for social media campaigns, liaising with third-party media buyers for effective promotion.
Monitor competitor activity in the social media landscape.
Conduct workshops to educate the wider marketing team on the importance and capabilities of social media.
