Select your country to see jobs specific to your location.Marketing Manager (LVP) - Aeroton R80,000 to R83,000 per monthOur client in the pharmaceutical industry requires a Marketing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the Marketing of the Large Volume Parenteral (LVP) portfolio to ensure organisational commercial objectives are achieved.Overview of duties (not limit to):Implementation of division marketing strategiesAnalysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potentialManagement of resources i.e. budget, stock, time, systems, sales toolsTo develop and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure continuous brand loyalty and advocacyDevelop customer proposal / presentation for communication and implementationIn-depth understanding of regional and national trends and customer dynamicsProactive actions to prevent potential threats to business resultsUnderstand customer practices and prescribing habitsRespond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeouslyCoach and develop the sales representativesFrequent customer visits with and without product specialistsAnalysis and monthly reporting on team performanceMonitor and develop action plans to correct underperformanceManage field force effectiveness measuresMedical and/or Sciences degree3 years as a Marketing Manager – EssentialMust have experience in (LVP) Large Volume ParenteralGeneric Pharmaceutical experience – EssentialThe number of jobs in each salary range for all: Aeroton, Johannesburg Metro, South Africa, 2190
