Marketing Manager - Activations - FMCG – Johannesburg - NorthReference: JHB002227-LVB-1An international brand in the FMCG space is looking to hire a seasoned Marketing Manager to join their team.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving integrated consumer-centric brand activation through superior execution.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementBudget ManagementInnovation PipelineStakeholder relations (internal and external)Agency ManagementBrand ActivationDeveloping concepts to launchEnd to End StrategyDefining integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies, etc.Analysing and continuously adjust overall brand performance.Driving media plans on relevant channelsAnalysing and monitoring campaigns performance for improvementCoordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and FinanceCollaborating with external agenciesCreating the right consumer experience within the prioritized touchpoints (leveraging BrandCos primary assets and secondary assets)Recruiting talented employeesExperience & Qualification:Bachelor's degree in marketing8 years portfolio management and brand activation experienceExperience leading teams and agencies.Please note the above is the minimum criteria to be considered for the position – If you do not meet the criteria, you will not be shortlisted.
