We support our people to do their best work and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and customers.About the roleBased in stunning Queenstown, this role reports to the General Manager of Skyline Queenstown and sits on the highly experienced leadership team.As the Marketing Manager, you will deliver the marketing strategy for Skyline Queenstown, building relationships with all stakeholders. You will be brand passionate, have an enthusiasm for online marketing and be able to bring both technical expertise and creativity to assist us in this fast-growing area of our business.To succeed, you will thrive in a busy and high-pressure role whilst being able to have fun and remain focused. Above all, you will be passionate about working in the tourism industry and delivering exceptional results.While the opportunities are significant, this role will best appeal to someone who is able to provide strong leadership balanced with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the day-to-day delivery.Responsibilities:Leading and developing the Skyline Queenstown marketing team.Leading the delivery and execution of Skyline Queenstown's brand, marketing, and communications activity.Managing the production of marketing material including digital and social media content and campaigns.Developing and managing site marketing budgets.Monitoring and analysing key customer-facing channels and metrics to understand customer behaviour and inform the business marketing strategies and execution.Analysing and monitoring overall marketing activity performance.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders ensuring proactive, solution-focused initiatives are delivered to support business growth.Leading the development and execution of brand, product, and activation (including wayfinding) strategies for all future facilities.You will have/be:A minimum of 3-5 years marketing and communications management experience with a focus on customer engagement and driving profitable growth.Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading and developing a team and nurturing talent.Demonstrated success in working in, and leading cross-functionally across internal and external teams.A problem solver, with an aptitude for data analysis both qualitative and quantitative.Experience in high-paced, agile customer-led environments.Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.Highly organised, detail, and process-oriented.Join Our TeamWe're always aiming to share real fun with the world and make people smile.
