In this role, marketing managers collaborate with product development teams, provide insights into market demands, and contribute to the successful launch of new products.Managing budgets and resources. Marketing managers must be financially savvy, as they're responsible for budget allocation and ensuring effective use of resources to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.Influencing pricing strategies and overall brand awareness. Marketing managers contribute to pricing strategies based on market analysis. Additionally, they work toward building and maintaining overall brand awareness through effective communication strategies.Contributing to long-term business initiatives and goals.
