Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative marketing manager to join our team. As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the company's brand growth and market share.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve the company's market goals and business growth.
Study market trends and competitors, analyze customer needs and industry changes, and provide key insights for the company's business development.
Responsible for brand management to ensure that brand image and market positioning are consistent with the company's strategy.
Plan and execute various marketing activities and promotions to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Coordinate the work of the marketing team to ensure the achievement of team goals and the effective use of resources.
Analyze market performance data and adjust and optimize market strategies and activities based on the results.
Job requirements:
High school degree or above, marketing, or related professional background.
Those with experience in food service or related industries are preferred.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively lead and motivate team members.
Proficient in using market analysis tools and digital marketing skills, able to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to perform well in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
