To be based in Hoedspruit OR Nelspruit. Established leader in the Travel and Tourism training industry is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team.
If you have a solid background in the Tourism sector and at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute the annual marketing strategy, budget, and advertising plansConduct in-depth research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategiesDrive product and market development initiativesOversee the growth and performance of all social media channelsManage and optimize all digital, display, and PPC campaigns to ensure effectivenessDevelop and implement successful strategies for all social media platformsCollaborate with external media representatives such as journalists, bloggers, and production houses to secure coverage for the organizationLead public relations efforts, ensuring positive brand image and messagingProvide market analysis and reporting to measure and improve performanceManage and lead the E-Learning department, ensuring smooth operations and high team performanceRequirements: Diploma, Bachelors or Honours in MarketingAt least 10 years of experience in the Tourism sectorProven track record in managing and leading teams, with a strategic mindsetExcellent communication and organizational skillsIf you have the passion for travel and tourism, along with the experience and leadership skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns, we encourage you to apply.
