We are looking for a young and dynamic Marketer looking to make a strong and lasting impact in our industry and businessObjectives of this roleSupport marketing in delivering effective programs that achieve company and client objectivesAssist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales supportSupport the development of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefitBuild skill set and engage in ongoing education for the company ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projectsMeet with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targetsHelp gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trendsContribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, social media promotion, networking, trade shows, activations and eventsCoordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposalsMeasure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals Required skills and qualificationsFive (5) years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertisingHands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotionsProven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member.Exceptional communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guideline Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fieldProfessional certification (ex: Professional Certified Marketer)Experience in content development and website design.Experience with relevant markets and trends.Established media contacts.
