Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, with strong people management skills.
Lead and manage the marketing team, consisting of a Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Multimedia Content Creator, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, SEO strategies, and content marketing.
Manage advertising and promotional campaigns in coordination with external agencies.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
Plan and manage marketing budgets to optimise return on investment.
Coordinate with the Sales, Technical and Procurement Departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
Organise and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Prepare marketing reports, track performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
