Qualifications: BCom Honours in Marketing Skills: 5years experience as a Marketing Manager from the FMCG / Beverage space Manage P&L and Budgets Be analytical and have sound knowledge of volumes and economics thereof Job description: Marketing Management: Develop and implement brand strategies, budgeting, product launches, and packaging. Optimize product profitability and conduct market analysis. Initiate packaging and brand product development Brand Management: Execute communication strategies, advertising campaigns, and competitor reviews. Foster interdepartmental collaboration and implement advertising campaigns and awareness drives. Trade Marketing & Intelligence: Liaise with trade teams, analyse markets, and take corrective action. Expenditure Management: Plan, monitor, and authorize market-related expenses.
