Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing strategies and campaigns for their abattoir.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting their products, building brand awareness, and increasing market share in a competitive industry.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales and production teams to understand customer needs and ensure our offerings meet the demands of the market.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products to wholesalers, retailers, and consumers.
Lead market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Create and implement advertising, PR, and digital campaigns to drive sales and improve brand recognition.
Collaborate with sales, product, and operational teams to ensure alignment in marketing objectives.
Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and report on ROI.
Oversee content creation for website, social media, and other marketing materials.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media outlets, and industry influencers.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all marketing materials and campaigns.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food production or agriculture sector.
Strong understanding of the abattoir or meat processing industry is a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of industry regulations and food safety standards is advantageous.
