The candidate should be qualified in marketingwith a tertiary completed qualification and own transport.Core Role:- Responsible for formulating, managing and coordinating theproduction and implementation of key strategic and operationalmarketing and brand strategies and initiatives for Extraordinaryand the individual property brands.Responsibilities:- Management of the day-to-day output required by the in-housemarketing team and external resources.- Responsible for the complete and successful execution ofmarketing strategies across all the brands.- Drive and maintain a cohesive social media strategy by providingguidelines for storytelling, developing dynamic content, increasingengagement, and reaching bigger audiences on various platforms.- Identify relevant media and influencers in line with the Marketingand Communication strategies.- Oversee the creation of all forms of marketing - direct marketingcampaigns, advertising, sales collateral, operational collateral,press releases, and sales executive presentations.- Monitor campaigns to ensure performance and relevance.- Undertake to complete market analyses and monitoring of thecompetitive activity in the market.- Follow an efficient workflow and traffic system to execute allmarketing to appropriate channels by deadline.- Efficiently allocate resources, monitor the deployment and reporton the status thereof in the execution of marketing activities.- Work across multiple projects, ensuring all parties are informed ofprogress and issues.- Attend meetings internal and with external marketing providers to coordinate and communicate about marketing outputs requiredby the organization.- Work with the marketing team and external agencies to devisetimelines, instructions and project plans for future marketingprojects.- Quality control process owner checking that outputs are of therequired standard.- Write and distribute press release to media.- Be the custodian of and maintain an ordered DAM.- Work with the marketing team to establish and maintain a clientdatabase. Essential requirements:- Marketing and/or Communications qualification- Marketing Management experience: 5+ years- Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced high-pressureenvironment- High attention to detail and critical thinking- Self-starter and deadline driven to deliver multiple projects- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities- Luxury hospitality experience advantageous- PR and copywriting experience advantageous- Highly active on social media and following social media trendsProvident fund forms part of CTC package (compulsorymembership)- Medical aid is optional
