SA - Gauteng, Johannesburg CBDR550 000 ctc per annum - R750 000 ctc per annum Our client based in Braamfontein is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic teamMinimum requirements: Degree in Marketing and Public Relations, or similar3 to 5 years' experience in corporate marketing environmentExperience in editing and proofreading of marketing material and press releasesExperience in materials design using relevant softwareMust have own vehicle and driver's license Key Performance Areas: MARKETING MANAGEMENT:Develop the annual marketing plan through referencing the marketing strategy and identifying the key activities that are required for corporate, regional and internal marketingDevelop the annual marketing budget for corporate and regional activities, adjusting marketing plan as requiredImplement the marketing plan through identifying and actioning the activities outlined in the marketing plan within the defined timeframesReport on progress against the marketing plan through drafting monthly reports detailing the status of the defined activitiesMonitor effectiveness of marketing on a "bang for your buck" basisMonitor and report on monthly marketing spend in line with the approved budgetFacilitate the process of service provider selection for execution of the marketing plan where strategy and budget allows, including writing briefs, managing the proposal process, service provider appointment, project management and liaison, project completion and debrief CORPORATE BRANDING:Fulfil the role of brand compass ensuring all corporate initiatives are brand aligned with the Company Values, Culture and Corporate IdentityManage compliance with the Company brand and corporate identity guidelines at all physical touchpoints including printed documents, digital communication, office signage and office interiorsBuild the company brand through implementing multiple activities identified in the marketing plan, public relations and communications and internal brand awareness exercises, amongst othersProvide support to staff with relevant corporate identity issues as required CUSTOMER SERVICE:Gather customer feedback and insight from various mechanisms, including but not limited to focus groups and customer surveysMake recommendations based on customer insightsManage and coordinate value added service offeringsReview and amend value added service offerings PUBLIC PROFILING:Identify and realize relevant opportunities for exposure in the media in line with strategy and budget FUNDER COMMUNICATION:Project manage the accurate and timeous delivery of the Integrated Annual ReportEnsure quarterly funders packs are collated, designed and distributed timeously to the relevant Company fundersMaintain a database of funders and potential funders on LCMS MARKETING MATERIAL DELIVERY:Marketing Materials:Identify, develop and procure marketing materials aligned with the requirements defined in the business and marketing plansBrief service providers to develop relevant marketing materials through drafting the requirements, communicating these to the service providers and approving proof materials as requiredMonitor materials design and amend in line with Company corporate identity and branding by reviewing, making amendments and monitoring implementation by service providersMonitor stock levels of marketing materials through tracking utilization of materials and counting stock levelsOrder marketing materials stock through implementing the Company procurement procedure as requiredSignage:Develop and procure new signs for buildings through developing the necessary signage requirements, briefing identified service providers and approving signs before manufactureCoordinate the installation of signs through liaising with the relevant loan officers and service providers to ensure signs are mountedDigital Marketing:Update the content on the Company website through sourcing appropriate inputs and uploading these onto the siteRefer all technical issues to the relevant support service providers as necessaryCreate and curate content for sharing on digital platforms such as social media and the quarterly Company newsletterProject manage the collation, creation, design and distribution of the quarterly Company newsletterMonitor and improve Company's rankings for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google AdWords DATABASE MANAGEMENT:Develop and launch database marketing planUnderstand and utilize the LCMS marketing database functionality optimallyEnsure database design and requirements are implemented for optimal database utilizationManage that the database and other marketing software integration supports marketing plan deliveryImplement database marketing campaigns internally using the LCMS marketing functionalityDeliver database marketing plan targets within budgetEnsure all contact information on the database is kept up to date by flagging stale information with relevant department – outdated client contact information with Operations TeamEnsure all interaction with personal information is aligned with the company privacy policy and POPI regulations EVENTS MANAGEMENT:Execute events outlined in the Marketing PlanSupport regional offices with the execution of local events in line with Company BrandDefine event specifications with Company managers through developing the key purpose, nature and role of the function in line with Marketing PlanPlan the event through sourcing the required venues, planning the required logistics, inviting the identified participants, implementing the corporate identity and procuring the relevant services and products in line with the Company procurement requirementsRun the relevant events through coordinating the different components of the event to ensure that it is occurs in line with the defined planMonitor and manage the budget for events through tracking
