The Marketing Manager also contributes to the regional planning as well as value creation processes for the achievement of the short- and mid-term business goals.The role reports directly into the EMEA Marketing Manager Lead for Infectious Disease, with a dotted line to the GM / Commercial Director of the regional markets in scope for the position.Main Responsibilities & DutiesDevelopment of local commercial, marketing and promotional plans:Develop regional marketing plans in alignment with the regional and global plansDeliver and regularly track the execution of the marketing initiatives on the planManage local promotional plans (including exhibition, symposia, marketing collateral, sales tools, digital and PR content)Participate in product launch projects from early stages and drive the local launchesManage the marketing expenses budget, according to the annual marketing plan and with accountability towards the Marketing Manager Lead direction.
