You will be at the forefront of driving growth in the market, working closely with management teams and other stakeholders.
What you'll do: Strategise, conceptualise, develop and execute marketing plans including advertising strategies, store grand opening events, and promotional campaigns.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful marketing strategies.Identify key audience and market segments, localization of brand positioning, and develop comprehensive marketing plans across channels.Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting for future campaign development.Evaluate all commercial specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with local regulations.Manage and control marketing budget to ensure maximized ROI.Work closely with the management team, Global team and other stakeholders to achieve growth in market.What you bring: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.Knowledge of retail-specific regulations and compliance requirements.Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail marketing best practices.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.What sets this company apart: Our client is a leading player in the retail industry, known for their commitment to innovation and excellence.
