Purpose of the position: The Marketing Manager will assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 4 5 years relevant experience in Marketing (social media optimisation and digital marketing). Solid background and knowledge of the Engineering industry. Solid experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services. Identify target audiences and craft targeted marketing campaigns. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Media Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimise media campaigns across various digital, social media, print, and broadcast channels. Utilise data-driven approaches to maximise ROI on media spending. Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics and analytics. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all digital platforms. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise content and ad performance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform future strategies. Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance and ROI.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Ensure all marketing activities are within budget and provide a clear return on investment. Negotiate contracts and media buys to optimise spend.
