QualificationsDegree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities within the marketingdepartmentDevelop the marketing budget and strategy in line with company objectivesFormulate and manage strategic marketing objectives and ensure that these are reached within the parameters of the annual marketing budgetAnalyse customer research, current market conditions and competitor informationManage and oversee the conceptual establishment and roll-out of all mediums (online, print, digital, email and event-based campaigns)Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionProvide marketing tracking, analysis and summarizing data and trendsProduce valuable and engaging content for company websites and communication channels that attracts and converts target groupsBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendorsResponsible for overall brand management and corporate identity of the various company brandsManage and improve lead generation campaigns with sales activitiesWork in conjunction with department heads to develop sales driven marketing campaigns and internal/external incentives.Oversee direct communication and co-ordination with suppliers and customersWork closely with various departmental heads and branch managers to ensure online and branch specials are run consistentlyWork closely with web developers and IT with the day-to-day management, functionality and growth of the E-commerce storeExperience RequiredMinimum 2 years in a similar role
