Your strategic vision and Marketing expertise will be required to create, implement and maintain Marketing and Communications strategies on a B2B and B2C Level.Duties & Responsibilities will include:The performance, strategy, creative, outputs and reporting of the brand and the associated foundation through:Creating and managing a budget, in collaboration with the Marketing Director.Drive revenue generation for the brand, opening new channels for growth.Providing linkage between Brand and Foundation with Foundation inspiring content for brand communications.Consolidating all marketing activities into a unified approach both B2B and B2C together with the management of the Sales & Marketing system (Zoho marketing Hub).Ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touch points.Drive brand and Foundation outputs with the internal team (Head of Content, Head of Digital) and agency partners:Creating briefs and briefing teams.Delivering on brand positioning.Delighting luxury high end consumers.Seeing projects from inception through to execution.Identify trends and incorporate responses and action plans that will allow the brand to remain competitive and pioneering.Working with the Head of Digital to drive the application and implementation of traditional marketing elements including working with the marketing team for digital review of all electronic resources and platforms including Wetu, fact sheets, maps, infographics etc.Print media development and implementation including driving quality design across all mediums. An attractive remuneration package, opportunity for travel and 21 days annual leave will be on offer to the successful candidate who fulfils the following requirements for the job:Degree/Diploma in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications and/or Brand ManagementExperience in Luxury HospitalityMinimum of 10 years working experienceExperience in both B2B & B2C MarketingExperience across all disciplines of Marketing (digital, print, content & social media)Ability to derive analytical insights and actions from marketing metrics as well as strong project management skillsAn advanced level of computer literacy with special focus on use of marketing systems, as well as, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Your innate passion for conservation and experience in the luxury travel industry will give your application the competitive edge.
