Our client is one of the oldest IT support and IT solutions companies in the UK.
We are looking for a qualified Marketing Manager to join their team.Role OverviewAs the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving customer engagement.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, generate inbound leads, and enhance brand awareness.The ideal person is well versed in all major marketing channels, highly driven, and thrives on challenge.
A "swiss army knife" with a great content background who can leverage the existing client base and affiliates to drive quick wins.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define brand messaging, value propositions, and positioning.Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and social media posts.Oversee paid media campaigns across search and social.Build and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engines.Generate content for all channels (static, graphics, banners, videos, TikTok, Reels).Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners.Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using metrics and KPIs to optimize results.Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in marketing, technology, and the tech services industry.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.5+ years experience in marketing roles, preferably in the technology sector or related industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.Strong content background.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).Experience working with design software to create content - graphics and videos (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop etc).
