London-based Debt Advisory firm is looking for a local graduate trainee to work alongside the Managing Director involved in marketing and lead generation for the business. A marketing and sales background is preferred, and we are looking for a candidate that can add their own value through gained experience and firsthand knowledge of lead generation methods.

The role is full-time, and a suitable candidate must be based in Cape Town.
You will learn about arranging mortgages and other loans for prospective borrowers throughout Europe, secured mainly on real estate deals in the UK and Europe. The main goal of your day-to-day activities will be to generate more mortgage leads for the Advisors.
Day-to-day activities will be varied, including working with the MD on any ad hoc operational requirements he may have, refining our database of 500+ lenders, prospecting for new business, ensuring a regular bi-monthly newsletter with fresh, interesting content is sent out, managing and growing the database of lenders and contacts, attending corporate events where possible, and assisting with any online, website, and SEO-related content and associated tasks.
You will be hired as a contractor to the business, with your salary paid gross.
Candidates should have their own transport. You will be working from a serviced office in the city center alongside one other.
Opportunity to travel to locations such as London, Geneva, Monaco, and Dubai alongside the MD.
This role would suit someone who has a European passport, as we are a London-based firm conducting UK and Euro business, so you will be gaining experience working in these markets.
