Be the voice of your hotel's storied past and vibrant present as Public Relations Manager, where you will showcase your creativity, communication skills and pride as an ambassador for your unique destinationDevelop communication strategies and execute public relations programs within the hotel\local\regionalational\international markets as appropriateAdvise on marketing and advertising copy for any departments and provide editing for brand consistencyDevelop joint, regional and national promotional opportunities with other hotelsDevelop and maintain all media lists and contact informationMaintain an annual budget and administer that budget in a fiscally responsible mannerCoordinates all special events and promotions inside and outside of the hotel that has to do with promotional campaignsConceptualizes and presents potential brand partnerships with select stakeholdersWorks with the Marketing & Communications team on digital ad campaigns as part of a larger Marcom campaignQualificationsProfileKnowledge and ExperiencePrevious leadership experience within Marketing Communications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal requiredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesCompetenciesGood interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employeesService oriented with an eye for detailsAbility to work effectively and contribute in a teamGood presentation and influencing skillsMulticultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse culturesFlexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectivelyAbility to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environmentSelf-motivated and energetic
