Marketing ManagerA Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for a retail business. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional media (print, TV), digital marketing (social media, email marketing), and in-store promotions.Conduct market research to understand customer trends and preferences.Analyse marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.Manage the marketing budget and ensure a return on investment (ROI).Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, merchandising, and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertising copy, website content, and social media posts.Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.Manage and mentor marketing team members (if applicable).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and retail marketing principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media analytics).Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Additional Skills (depending on the company):Experience with email marketing automation tools.Knowledge of graphic design principles.Experience with public relations and influencer marketing.Experience with loyalty programs and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Job Type: Full-time
