Main purpose of position:Develop a Marketing strategy and marketing plans, oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan, including evaluating the results, spearheading market research efforts, and coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels, to support long term growth for the business and promote Carrol Boyes and its extensive range of products Duties Responsible for developing the Marketing Strategy and ensure implementationSet Quarterly and Annual KPIs for Marketing team: Sales, Conversion, Customer Growth (Existing / New), statistics pertaining to Comms, PR, Advertising, Paid Marketing and social mediaBuild marketing campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan- creating monthly plans to meet annual budgetsMarket through various channels, and segment databases working with large data setsDrive increase in customer database, showing growth on existing and new customers across all channelsDevelop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value  Develop business cases for marketing campaigns at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tacticsEvaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retentionPropose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communicationsPartner with creative team, channel sales teams, and external agencies and vendorsLead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processesMonitor and analyse conversion rate and propose improvements and optimization on investment in ad-spend  Drive brand awareness and revenue across all marketing channels (PR, Email Paid media and Social media)Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertisingDevelop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer engagementResponsible for all project management, managing multiple teams and department heads to ensure customer needs are met in a consistent, and exceptional wayOversee all PR, Media and Communications plans, as driven by PR & Communications Manager  Measure, analyse and report on performance of marketing campaigns, KPIs and ROI Provide analytical and valuable insights to optimize tactics and drive continuous improvementsProduce timeous, accurate and concise monthly reporting covering all key Marketing metricsEffective weekly reporting on marketing KPIs in weekly sales meetingsManage the customer database and ensure data integrity of analyticsBuild and present reports on quarterly results and insights to the ExCo Team  Manage the marketing budget effectively allocating resources to maximize ROIManage all budget reconciliations to achieve overall planManage and track digital marketing budget and adjust plans as necessary to stay within budgetDeliver PIR's to measure ROI and assess efficacy of campaigns  Mentor and coach' staff to identify training needs and improve overall skill levels Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and excellenceEnsure that personal development plans are in placeEnsure adequate and appropriate departmental infrastructure in place to ensure optimal operational efficiencyProvide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives Minimum Requirements5+ yearsexperience in building complex marketing programmes and reporting on the resultsExposure to direct response marketingDigital MarketingUsing a CRM platform3 yearsManaging teamsB.comm/ Post Grad in Marketing
