Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will spearhead the agency's marketing efforts, collaborating closely with the Head of Growth.
This role is key in designing and executing integrated campaigns that drive leads, nurture client relationships, and elevate the agency's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate to Innovate: Partner with the Head of Growth to create and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Produce persuasive, high-converting copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and website updates.
Campaign Management: Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
Engagement & Retention: Develop and maintain strategies to nurture leads and enhance client retention.
Social Media Leadership: Manage daily social media presence with a dynamic content calendar.
Data-Driven Insights: Create actionable reports to inform strategies and celebrate successes.
Qualifications: Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication.
Proven expertise in integrated marketing campaigns and digital channels.
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media optimization.
Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments.
Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing/project management.
Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, WordPress, and Google Ads.
Graphic design experience is a plus.
