Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Hospitality Marketing Manager to help us continuously optimize our growth and branding strategies.
The Hospitality Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, assessing customer satisfaction, and creating targeted branding campaigns.
Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent leadership qualities, who is customer-focused and has a keen understanding of the hospitality industry trends.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand image, increase customer retention, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including social media, email, print, and online advertising campaigns
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to ensure our services meet client expectations
Manage marketing budget and expenditures
Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into paying customers
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
Prepare reports on marketing performance and metrics for senior management
Oversee the development and management of company branding
Manage relationships with vendors and partner agencies
Act as a key resource to marketing peers for prospect & customer value scoring logic & analysis content engagement scoring & weighting to ensure maximum impact, effectiveness and ROI from execution of demand-generation & marketing automation programs
Vertical Market Engagement –Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in hospitality industry and participate in trade associations and industry events to develop a thorough knowledge of segment drivers and customer needs
Works with leadership to initiate, execute, analyze and refine multi-resort sales (96 Hour, Cyber Mon., ) and other traffic- and revenue-generating programs, including online and offline tactics
Provides guidance to lodging properties for message and brand alignment, marketing-related best practices
Consistently communicates with marketing leader on project progress
Assist in the development of a media plan
Send weekly marketing recap report to stakeholders
Vertical Market Positioning– Apply vertical market knowledge to create value propositions and marketing messages relevant to this vertical segment
Sales Support –Develop marketing toolkits that educate field sales organizations and facilitate their understanding and promotion of solutions, and delivery of sales messages
New System Introductions –Coordinate new system introduction to the market place
Plan and manage the launch of new features and releases and go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio and creation of market requirements documents
Establish value propositions and create solution messaging that differentiates the Hospitality Cloud from direct competitors and marketing solutions providers
Communicate messaging to employees, prospects, customers, analysts, journalists, other market influencers
Develop an understanding of the buyers and buying stages for Hospitality Cloud and assist in generating a strategy that increases demand
Represent marketing and work with corporate pricing team on pricing and monetization
Work with marketing teams to execute associated marketing initiatives and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute associated collateral, client presentations, proposal templates
Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product
Analyze, benchmark, and report on launch metrics, marketing initiatives, and product sales results
Handling of local and regional student enrollment activities
Work closely with sales team to imagine, create, and execute what our business model's growth needs most in these vertical markets
Identify and leverage all available data to analyze opportunities and generate fact-based plans to maximize our growth
Utilize data sources to measure efficacy of marketing programs, share best practices across organization, and learn from unexpected results to amplify Foodbuy's growth long-term
Provide leadership across functional areas to align project teams and optimize results
Provide expert support and feedback within a reasonable timeframe as directed by the company
Implement ticketing system and keeping track of all tickets and response time
Requirements:
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of how a business operates and successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen
BSc degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field
Orchestrate all hospitality photography and video shoots
Direct all SEO, SEM, CRM, banner/display media and advertising creative development and execution
Analyze metrics to drive strategic planning and recommendations
Partner with Marketing Specialists on hospitality marketing specific projects
New Solution Introductions –Coordinate new BSG solution introduction to the market place
Seven years of marketing work experience
Advising prospective students about the application process, programs and curriculum of EAHM (over the phone, email or in person)
