Educational Qualifications and Professional ExperienceBachelors Degree in NutritionProven experience (min 5 years) in marketing and/or product management, preferably in the nutrition or health industryStrong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, financial analysis and defining sales budgetsFluent in English with strong oral and written communication skillsProven track record of managing a Sales Team or a Marketing TeamStrong strategic thinking and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDuties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving profitability of the P&L for the DivisionDeveloping a local "Go-To Market" Strategy in line with the regional strategy and implementing the aligned sales model and channels, following the Group Strategy and the companys overall vision, mission and valuesBreaking down the regional targets received from the Managing Director into targets for local sales teams and individualsDefining and implementing marketing strategies, segmentation, promotional plans, and pricing strategiesMonitoring performance and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunitiesRemaining up to date on market conditions, competitors, clients, and any other factors which may affect the businessEstablishing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the industry, foster academic relationships with scientific societies and professionals in the health sector in areas relevant to the various product portfoliosEnsuring the coordination of the division with the functional areas of the local organization and global headquarters (Finance, Controlling, Sales Administration, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Supply SCM, Customer Services, etc.)Leading, inspiring, motivating and developing employees by building a culture of trust, accountability, and diversity
