Marketing Manager: Flour Production

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12Agricultural/Marketing degree or diploma an advantage4 5 years previous experience in an Flour Marketing environment;3 years management experience;Valid drivers license. Skills: Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;Computer literate (MS Office);Thorough knowledge of flour products;Strong sales & marketing skills;Excellent influencing/negotiation skills;Excellent ability to build relationships with customers as well as suppliers;Business insight;Strategic and innovative thinking;Entrepreneurial skills;Customer liaison skills. Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategy to generate new business;Achieve financial targets;Marketing of maize products;Manage and control administration;Promote the building and maintenance of customer relationships.
