Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Management: Identify training needsSet and communicate KPAsManage targets and objectivesProvide direction, guidance, and support to staff membersBudget/Forecast: Build a detailed, bottom-up annual budget for areas of responsibilitySupply key inputs to the quarterly reforecast, using the most accurate, up-to-date information availableBe prepared to discuss assumptions used for developing budgets and forecastsMarketing Management: Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activitiesConduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products/servicesAnalyze customer research to determine market requirements for existing and future products/servicesScanning and researching external markets, membership needs, and consumer needsDevelop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products/servicesManage the productivity of the marketing plans and projectsMonitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and resultsProviding, managing, and guiding PR and communication outputDetermine and manage the marketing budgetDelivery marketing activity within agreed budgetsMonitor and manage social media contentManaging content of magazineVetting and placement of advertising materialOversee design of marketing and other FPI materialEnsure needs are met in terms of value proposition on primary level (promoting CFP) and secondary level (member services)Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategiesReview and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness and cross-selling opportunities in line with brand guidelinesCommunications Management: Provide writing and editing support for all outbound member communication including all promotional materials, website content, monthly newsletter, and the annual reportCoordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development, production, and delivery of CPD events, i.e., promotional materials, website information, and other collateralCompiling written communication for staff, clients, partners, and suppliersSupport and manage the implementation of corporate communication programsWrite, edit, and distribute all company newsletters according to publication scheduleWrite speeches for senior management within the organizationPreparing sales documentation such as proposals, brochures, and special offers to stakeholdersAssisting sales staff with ad-hoc copywriting when requiredProcesses: Monitoring, implementing, and evaluating consumer awareness processes and campaignsCompile processes for functional areas under your controlRequirementsBusiness/Marketing related degree/equivalent professional qualificationsExperience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategiesTechnical marketing skillsProven experience in customer and market researchRelevant industry knowledgeSend your CV and latest pay slip to ******
