In this role, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Credit and Guarantee Insurance products, attract new clients, and enhance brand awareness.
The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and industry expertise to drive impactful campaigns while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred) Professional certifications such as CIM, HubSpot, or Google Ads are advantageous 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance or financial services Proven ability to deliver key metrics, including customer acquisition and retention growth, ROI on marketing campaigns, and improved lead-to-sales conversion rates Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Experience managing a wide range of marketing functions, including advertising, PR, and agency collaborations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Credit & Guarantee insurance products Conduct market research to identify target demographics, customer needs, and emerging trends Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics, such as ROI, lead generation, and customer conversion rates Oversee the companys online presence, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns Leverage digital tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, Google Analytics) to enhance customer engagement and measure effectiveness Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts Organize and participate in networking events, trade shows, and seminars to expand market presence Ensure marketing materials and strategies comply with legal and industry regulations Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics and other key insights Perform ad hoc duties as required to support marketing objectives Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
