Marketing Manager- Agri Crop

Santam Agriculture team has a position available for a Marketing Manager who will be based at their Centurion Office.
JOB DESCRIPTIONThe person will be responsible for assisting with developing and activating marketing activities within Santam Agriculture Crop that strengthen the Santam brand and drive profitable growth.The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of marketing, digital, and agency experience and a thorough understanding of the financial services industry.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.Fluent in English and Afrikaans.At least 3 - 5 years related marketing experience in the financial services, preferably in agriculture.Proven experience in advertising, digital, and media industry and related processes.Proven experience in the development of marketing plans and successful execution thereof.Practical experience in running integrated, through-the-line campaigns.Proven experience in digital and content marketing with excellent copywriting skills.Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.Good at building partnerships and sustainable relationships.Innovative, creative, and deadline-driven.FAIS qualification would be beneficial (e.g., NQF level 4 or 7 credits, RE or KI).May be required to travel throughout South Africa.COMPETENCIESStrong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with web design and content management systems.ABOUT THE COMPANYSantam is the leading short-term insurer in South Africa.
