THE ROLE We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join ourMEA marketing function and help drive brand awareness and lead generationcampaigns.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, ambitious, andcollaborative team and make a real impact!Reporting to the Head of Marketingfor MEA, you will help plan and execute strategic marketing efforts to generatepipeline opportunities, utilizing the full marketing mix, with a particularfocus on Africa (AFR).OPPORTUNITESYou will work closely with our Regional Sales Managers to identify opportunities for marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.You will develop, implement, and evaluate the success of online and offline lead generation marketing campaigns across a range of product lines including Core Banking Technology, Payments, SaaS, Islamic and Digital Banking to support Sales in existing and new business.You will assist with planning and organizing our presence at Temenos hosted and industry events, taking the lead on logistics, collation of relevant marketing content, collateral and leads, liaising with internal stakeholders/speakers and providing on-the ground support.You will help co-ordinate regional client signing ceremonies and Win or Go-live press releases with our internal PR Team and Social Media Team for maximum exposure.You will work with our in-house Design and Copywriting Teams to oversee the marketing content creation process and ensure we're delivering high quality innovative content and assets in English and potentially French.You will build campaign landing pages and contact forms on with the support of our Digital Marketing Team to facilitate lead generation.You will manage regional Partners and develop, implement and measure the success of joint partner marketing activities.You will continually review the success of marketing campaigns, making segmentation, design or positioning tweaks where needed to improve campaign success and reach.You will work closely with Inside Sales and the Data Teams to ensure lead monitoring and accuracy of CRM campaign data.You will monitor, evaluate and report on pipeline generation and ROI of marketing activities.You will support our Account Based and Deal Based Marketing Team on targeted account campaigns, to nurture AFR prospects through to deal closure.SKILLSYou should have proven experience within B2B marketing.You should have lead generation marketing experience.You should have strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience with creative event marketing is highly desirable.You should have basic budget management and data driven reporting skills.You should have an interest in learning about the wider business, products and marketing's impact.You should have experience multi-tasking and managing stakeholders across Sales, Product and external vendors, partners and agencies.You must be fluent in English.French would be beneficial.You should be willing to travel extensively.VALUESCare about the quality of marketing initiatives andlead generating marketing campaigns.Commit to being an integral part of the Temenos team and identifying opportunities for marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales pipeline.Collaborate with the regional team and wider marketing department.Challenge the success/ROI of marketing campaigns to alwaysimprove and innovate.
