The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving integrated consumer-centric brand activation through superior execution.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementBudget ManagementInnovation PipelineStakeholder relations (internal and external)Agency ManagementBrand ActivationDeveloping concepts to launchEnd to End StrategyDefining integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies.Analysing and continuously adjusting overall brand performance.Driving media plans on relevant channels.Analysing and monitoring campaigns performance for improvement.Coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance.Collaborating with external agencies.Creating the right consumer experience within the prioritized touchpoints.Recruiting talented employees.Experience & Qualification:Bachelor's degree in marketing8 years portfolio management and brand activation experienceExperience leading teams and agencies.Please note the above is the minimum criteria to be considered for the position – If you do not meet the criteria, you will not be shortlisted.Apply today.
