Job Overview:To support the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns, with a primary focus on graphic design, digital design, social media, and direct marketing. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment, contributing to the promotion and branding of Dream Hotels & Resorts.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Assist in the creation of visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.Design graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and the company's website.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across all platforms. Digital Design:Create and edit digital content, including images, videos, and animations.Assist in the development of website graphics and landing pages.Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging digital advertisements. Social Media:Support the management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Schedule and publish posts, ensuring regular and engaging content.Monitor social media trends and assist in the creation of content calendars.Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. Direct Marketing:Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters and direct mail campaigns.Maintain and update the marketing database with contact information and segmentation details.Analyze the performance of direct marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement. General Marketing Support:Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.Experience:Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
