Purpose of the Job

Supporting the Buying community to maintain the GP by updating the cost of the recipes ingredients.
Supporting in Calculation of new cost price for price increase also for new recipes.
Supporting the divisional specialist on investigation when it comes to Shrinkage, wastage, decline in GP, MPV and packaging.
Support in submitting standard cost review every month to head office team.
Supporting the buying and specialist team with inquiries related to Recipes.
Assisting of updating the recipes if there are any changes required to be done.
Maintain the cost of the recipes.
Assisting in new Store opening.
Providing analysis reports to the specialist and the buying team.
Weekly & Monthly report to the buying & specialist team.

Qualifications

Matric with Maths - essential
Marketing diploma or degree - essential
Driver's licence - essential

Experience

High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Excel is a must.
Data analysis exposure - preferable.

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent communicator with written reports.
Proficient at Microsoft Excel.
Excellent at calculations.
Attention to detail.
