Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and enhance brand positioning. Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand's image and voice across all marketing channels. Store Presentation: Ensure that store presentation meets industry standards and effectively communicates the brand and product value to the customer. Focus on getting the basics right and making a positive statement about the brand, rather than creating the fanciest or most modern stores. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring ROI for all marketing activities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, property, merchandising, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies as needed. Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty through various marketing channels. Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store activities to drive traffic and sales. Resource Management: Manage the marketing teams including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Manage external marketing partners such as suppliers, advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies. Communication: Brand Awareness & Sales Campaign: Plan and execute campaign (includes channel strategy) PR and Media Outreach: Engage in media relations and PR activities to generate positive brand exposure and media coverage. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the clothing retail industry. Skills: Strong strategic planning and organizational skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
