If you're eager to make an impact and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:Assist in the repositioning of Southern Discoveries, focusing on the implementation of new product offerings.Manage internal social media platforms and online travel agent listings.Coordinate the development of marketing campaigns and collateral.Update and maintain all brand guidelines across all channels and media.Assist with media opportunities, including proactive pitching and media famil hosting, and meeting with relevant stakeholders at Destination Queenstown and Tourism New Zealand.Collaborate with internal teams to optimise online performance and ensure smooth API integrations.Support the marketing team with other tasks as required.Required Skills and Experience:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer service focused and results-oriented approach.Extensive experience in a tourism marketing role including on and offline campaign and advertising implementation & marketing material production.Experience in managing online travel agent portals and website content management systems.Knowledge of our products and regions.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite skills.All applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand for the duration of the role.The role is primarily based at our Queenstown Office and requires regular travel into Milford Sound.Southern Discoveries is a premium tourism company dedicated to sharing some of New Zealand's most iconic scenery and extraordinary experiences with the world.
