Key Responsibilities: As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to drive success across all beverage brands.
Key areas of focus include:
Performance Delivery: Achieve targets across all beverage brands, delivering impactful strategies to the National Brands Executives.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing industry analysis, monitor competitors, and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.
Brand Strategy Development: Craft and execute a 3-year beverage portfolio strategy, ensuring the delivery of innovative brand plans.
Consumer Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies, manage media processes, and ensure budget optimisation.
Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive business success.
What We're Looking For:
At least 15 years of marketing experience, including 5 years in a senior or executive role within an FMCG company.
Proven success in driving marketing strategies within South Africa's consumer landscape, with deep insights into both lower LSM and middle-class consumers.
A tertiary degree in marketing or commerce (a post-graduate qualification would be an advantage).
Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
