Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Director to lead and execute our marketing efforts.
This role will be integral in shaping and driving our brands growth, customer engagement, and overall revenue impact.
The Marketing Director will oversee strategic planning, creative execution, team leadership, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, is comfortable with data and analytics, and is always eager to test, learn, and innovate.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue, customer engagement, and retention.
Own the marketing calendar, from ideation to execution of campaigns.
Align marketing efforts with the founders vision for the brands growth.
Execution & Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a creative team (video editor, content creators, designers).
Manage agency relationships and external partnerships for advertising campaigns.
Build, test, and optimize marketing funnels and email campaigns using Klaviyo.
Develop innovative campaigns and identify new channels to scale.
Customer Journey Optimization: Map the customer journey, identifying opportunities for engagement and retention.
Drive maximum lifetime value through strategic touchpoints and data-driven decisions.
Content & Social Media: Oversee social media strategy and collaborate with influencers to enhance reach.
Create high-performing content, including emails, ads, and social media posts.
Data-Driven Growth: Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for maximum impact.
Stay ahead of trends, ensuring the brand remains competitive in a dynamic market.
What Success Looks Like: Lead campaigns that drive significant revenue growth (currently $X million annually).
Build systems and processes for scaling winning ideas.
Launch innovative customer touchpoints and new marketing channels.
Partner with the performance agency to optimize ROAS and spot emerging trends.
Qualifications: 3+ years leading e-commerce marketing with proven revenue impact.
Proficient in Klaviyo, Shopify, and key social channels.
Proven track record of writing high-converting copy and managing creative teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with email automation, social media campaigns, and marketing funnels.
A growth mindset with a natural curiosity for learning and testing new ideas.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience in personal development, aligned with the company's mission.
Familiarity with advanced segmentation and customer personalization techniques.
